Denali National Park – America’s Wilderness

Denali National Park is the largest national park in the country. It also boasts the largest mountain in the US…Mount McKinley. At Denali National Park, it’s all about the wildlife with wild bears, moose, caribou, Dall sheep and other wildlife roaming free without enclosures. One of the best methods of seeing the park is to take the shuttle bus rides throughout the park. For as little as $30 a person, you can take a bus deep into the park and see the wildlife along the way. You can get off and on these buses as you please and take hikes or have picnics throughout the park as well. If you’re looking to see Mount McKinley, you’ll have to take the longest shuttle ride or consider one of the shuttles from the south entrance of the park, although you’re likely to miss out on a lot of the wildlife in the park. Denali National Park is easily a multiple day adventure, but it’s one that is worth the expense and well worth the experience.
